1. Eligibility for Returns

• The item has all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement and exchanged products will be delivered with in 5-7 business days or refund at no additional cost to you.
