At VerySaint, we are committed to providing high-quality clothing and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns & Refunds
Currently, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases. All sales are final. However, we do offer size change and some more exchange option under specific conditions.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong size received
- Size or fit issue

Defective or damaged product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
3. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).
4. Exchange Process
